Generally, the working time is Monday to Friday, except both Chinese and Sudan holidays.

Thank you for your Reply. Is olny exit visa enough or both enry to and exit visa from sudan is required to get the chinese visa?

The valid visa for you to enter Sudan and entry stamp to Sudan on your passport are required to get the Chinese visa
