About:Kunming Attractions

We will be in Kunming just after Christmas 2010 and I was thinking about hiring a private car and driver out to the Stone Forest. First, is that a good idea? What kind of cost should I expect? And second, are there any other interesting places to see on the way there and back?

Yes, it is a good idea to hire a car to the stone forest. I think it should be 400RMB for the day to and back from Stone forest. Jiuxiang is on the way to Forest Stone. Add 100RMB if you want to go Jiuxiang. The price is just for your reference. You should take about the price with local driver in advance and pay at last.
