Hello,
I am thinking of going to Austria for vacation, and then flying over to Beijing for a tourist visa. I am canadian, and I think i may fly there from sweden (because i am traveling north). Is this possible? how much is it for canadian citizens? Also, i do not have a hotel booked yet. do i have to have one booked first? thank you,

Do you mean that you want to apply a tourist visa to Austria in Beijing? and now in Sweden?

It is possible for you to apply for a China tourist visa from China embassy in Austria, the fee is 30 euros for single-entry visa. The hotel reservation is not required for Canadian applciants.
