May I know ist a best time to visit CingJing Farm on Earlier Sept?? what is the easiest way to reach there?

I think travelling on earlier Sept is Ok. The average temperature is about 26℃ to 30℃. It is not too hot. But you should pay attention to the broadcasting about the typhoon.

There are tourist bus directly from Taipei Railwat Station to Cingjing Farm.
