About:China Train

I wish to travel from Kunming to Vietnam (Lao Cai) is there a train service, if so can i have the details; i shall be traveling in Oct 2010. Should there be no train service, are there buses?

From Kunming to Lao Cai, there is no train operating. You could take a coach to Hekou first and from there you can get to Laocai after passing through the customs.
