About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

If I have a person in China who is willing to sponsor my holiday in China, would I be able to get a tourist visa for 2 weeks from the Embassy of the PR of China in Sri Lanka, and what are the documents required to be handed over to the Embassy to obtain the visa. I would be thankful if someone could answer my question early. Thank you.

1. One completed visa application form;
2. One recent passport sized photo;
3. A valid original passport with blank pages.
4. Travel information including the booking of airline ticket and itinerary in China.
If an individual will sponsor the trip, provide his bank certificate, sponsorship and invitation letter, copy of sponsor's valid residence visa and passport information page or Chinese national ID.
