About:China Customs Declaration

getting my laptop sent from USA. It's used and costs around $400. what would the duty be when it arrives in beijing?

You should pay for 800-100RMB for the duty free. The rate is 20 percent but the customs believe the price computer not $400, but 4000 or 5000 RMB.
