Why the travel agent does not remove meals, dinner at Duck restaturant from my sighseeing tour - I wouldn't be eating those meals as I am vegetarian.

Maybe others on the table would eat those. Next time, you should strongly remind your agent of that you are vegetarian. I think He/she then will do something for you.
