About:Shanghai Weather

I'm planning to visit Shanghai on next year during Chinese New year. Would it be best time to visit and how is weather there?

Considering weather, I don't think it is a good time to visit Shanghai. It will be winter in Shanghai then, cold and humid. And, there will be not so much good natural scenery. On the other hand, the transportation during Chinese New Year is also under strong pressure.
