About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

i live in guangzhou and have chinese nationality although i'm mixed race(half african/half chinese),i'm pregnant with baby no1 and am due on september,the child's father is belgian and we are not married,he lives in belgium,we wanted our child to have a belgian nationality,but from what i've heard when you give birth in china and both or one of the parent is chinese the baby is obliged to have a chinese nationality and can't get out of the country with a foreign passport.i just wanted to know if that's true,if yes what should we do?

Ms Mary,you should have moved to Belgium already; now it might be impossible to fly....
