Hi, I would like to visit Taipei in July. What kind of wheather will it be? What is the temperature? Will there be any Grand Sales?

It would be hot, then. If it rains, the temperature will not be too low, it seems always above 30 centigrade. There seems no grand sale at Taipei then, not like Hong Kong.
