I am docking at Xingang, China port disembarkating at 10:00 and I want to take a taxi to the North Station (train) in Beijing, taking a train at 11:08 to the Great Wall... is that a reasonable time frame to get from the port to the train station and buy a ticket before the train leaves?

It would take you around two~three hours to take taxi to Beijing North Railway Station, and the train to Great Wall leaves at 13:19 at Beijing North Railway Station. Time will be urgent!There is another way you can get to the Great Wall, you could take a taxi from Tianjin Port to Deshengmen of Beijing, where you could catch the bus 919 to Badaling Great Wall directly.
