Hi, I'm going to Taipei only from 2/9/10 to 8/9/10. Please kindly advise whether the weather is OK to travel? And whether t-shirt and short pants will be eligible.

There mignt be typhoon in September, but no one can predict it. If there is no rain it would be hot there, short pants will be OK but don't forget some long sleeves in case of the rain.
