You can't get a work permit from China embassy in Malaysia, the work permit is issued by Ministry of Labor and Social Security, if you work as a teacher/experts in China, the work permit is issued by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. China embassies/consulates don't have the right to issue work permit.
