About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I reside in Guam. I had a "L" China visa issued to me in October 2007 which I used in November to December of 2007. I want to renew it in the Philippines when I go there. Is it possible? How much will I be charged and Where do I go?

Thank you.

You can't renew it, just apply for a new China L visa again in the Philippines, the fee is 6,500 Pesos. You can go to the China embassy in Manila or consulate in Cebu, Laoag to apply for it.
