About:Po Lin Monastery

I visited this amazing place last year. A highlight, among many was the superb food. I didn`t think I`d like vegetarian but still think about it! Does anyone know of a cookbook which would replicate the ideals and ethos as well as ingredients of this cuisine?
Many thanks
Margaret
