Dear sir/ mdm,I will be visiting Changsa between 28th Aug 2010 & 4th sept 2010. Will this place be experiencing floods as I see from news report other places in China are having torrential rain & floods ?Thank you.

The floods was in the end of June, now there is no floods,and I think there won't be any floods in end of August.
