About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi I am a Filipino citizen. I already had 2 L visas for China before. Is it possible for me to apply for a tourist visa in Hong Kong because I want to go to Shanghai? Is there a chance for the visa to be denied in Hong Kong? Or should I get my visa in the Philippines?

You'd better apply for China visa in Philippines, your China visa application maybe denied in Hong Kong because you are not a resident in Hong Kong.
