I am in Shanghai for a visit.Wish to travel by bullet train from Shanghai to Hangzhou International Airport to travel back to Kuala Lumpur by Aor Asia. Kindly advise how to travel by bullet train and from which train station in Shanghai. What is the time needed to travel and how much is the fare?My flight from Hangzhiou to Kuala Lumpur is 2pm.Appreciate your prompt response.Thanks, choo

Go to Shanghai South Railway Station, take the train at 09:29 or before, this train would arrive at Hangzhou Railway Station at about  10:47. after arriving, you can take airport shuttle bus at the railway station to Hangzhou airport to catch you flight. It costs CNY54-64.

I think you should take a bullet train leaving from Shanghai South Railway Station around 08:00 or 09:00. The train will take you about 1.5~2 hours to hangzhou Railway station or Hangzhou South Railway Station. At the previous station, you could find the airport shuttle bus to Hangzhou Airport. However, hardly to get a seat. Hangzhou South Railway Station is close to the airport, so please hire a cab driving you there in 30 minutes.The bullet train fare is right of CNY54/CNY64. And the shuttle bus fare from Hangzhou Railway Station to the airport is CNY20.
