About:China Postal Service

My item from Hongkong whith tracking number CP169604043CN, from Juni 2010, untill today August, 10 2010 does'nt arrive. Could you help me?

As I can see from the check result that your item's departure from outward office of exchange at Guangzhou on June 22. It diesn't from Hong Kong, but Shenzhen. Tracking number begining with 'CP' means slower post, which means longer time than EMS (begining with 'ee'). You can try to call the company.
