good day! i have a question regarding my girlfriend applied in china.she is direct hired.but the thing is she did not pas in poea.coz her employer told her that poea will be process in china.but the problem is the employer did not do that. he just process the work permit in china but not the poea. my question is. is she protected from are goverment incase samthing will happen to her? becouse she is in china now.im worried with her situation now........
