About:Chinese Embassy in Bahrain

Good Morning!!

I and my wife are Indians and we are residents of bahrain from past 6 months. We are planning to visit malaysia and hongkong this september. All i would like to know is if we can travel by ferry from malaysia to Hong Kong and obtain visa on arrival at the port itself.

With Indian passports, you and your wife are not required visas to HK for up to 14 days. It is OK to take a ferry from Malaysia. If you are going to stay longer, you can apply a visa either in India or in Malaysia and also, you can apply for visa upon arrival.
