I will go ShangHai in late October. What should I wear? Need I buy a sweater? Is a normal jacket or long-sleeve shirt enough to get warm?

The average hight temperature is about 23 in October and the average low temperature is about 14. Thus, you should take long-sleeved shirts, sweater and coat.
