About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

My work colleague has an iranian passport.
He also has a Malaysian Residency.
He currently holds a China Visa for multiple entries.

He needs to go to Macau and Hong Kong.

1. with his china visa is he allowed entry into HK and Macau ?
2. can he get same day visa to enter both regions ?
3. If no to the above how fast can he get visa either to HK or Macau ?

No,sir, he can not use the China visa to HK and Macao. He needs to apply visas in advance. If he applys from Chinese embassy or consulate, the processing time for a visa and entry permit to Macao is approximately 5 working days 【Note: the rush (same day or next day) and express (3 working days)services are available 】. Visa to HK is the same.
