Hi, is Fairy Pool are in huanglong scenic aera ?And i be in chengdu in mid-february 2011, i plan to go jiuzhaigou and huanglong, is it open and how the transportation in winter ?Thanks

No, it is in Jiuzhaigou valley, not Huanglong. It is open in winter. If you get there in winter, better choose to go to Jiuzhaigou by airplane.
