About:Huanglong National Scenic Reserve

Hi, is Fairy Pool are in huanglong scenic aera ?
And i be in chengdu in mid-february 2011, i plan to go jiuzhaigou and huanglong, is it open and how the transportation in winter ?

No, it is in Jiuzhaigou valley, not Huanglong. It is open in winter. If you get there in winter, better choose to go to Jiuzhaigou by airplane.
