About:Marriage Registration in China

HI , I want be get marry with my lover that is chinese ,but we dont know where is best place for Register Tehran or China ? and If we want be register in china first I don't know I can be Get China ID or not ,Also We want be know which DOCUMENT need to Prepar in Iran first than leaving in here and go to china for Register , Advice me Please.

You can't get a China ID card even though you get married with a Chinese woman. If your marriage lasts for 5 years, and annual stay in China is nore than 9 months, you have house and work in China, it is possible for you to apply for Permanent Residence Pemit valid for 10 years.

You need to prepare Singale Status Certificate notarized by Iran Foreign Affairs Ministry and authenticated by Chinese Embassy in Iran, you also need to apply for a China visa to go to China.

10 years!!! I am already 11 years in China, married with a Chinese for 7 years, have 2 apartments and a business of 8 employees and still only get 6 months!!!!

Mr.will, now, there is a new family visit visa to aliens who have immediate family living in China, you satisfy the condition because your wife is Chinese and live in China, when you come to China on a L visa need to stay in China for more than six months, they can apply for residence permits that are valid for one or two years. Residence permits do not have limits on the number of entries and exits during its validity.
