About:Chinese Embassy in India

Dear sir/madam,
I am kusha Poovaiah , from Bangalore, india. I need to apply for Chinese work permit (z) visa , for which I need to go through a medical check up after which the "Physical examination record for foreingner" form needs to be sealed and signed by a government doctor. I have already gone through the medical check up but my application has been sent back three times . The PR Chinese consulate in Mumbai is very pirticular about the seal , they have asked for the Indian national emblem seal only . could you please tell me which hospital in Mumbai can I approach to get this done.

Mr.Kusha poovaiah, you'd better contact the China Consulate in Mumbai to get the list of accredited hospitals. I guess that the consulate ask you to do the medical examination in a public hospital.

If you get the chinese visa done in Mumbai, get your medical check up done from JJ Hospital. They do stamp the government seal on the medical report.

Hello Sir,
I need to apply for work permit from Delhi. Please give the list of government accredited hospitals in Delhi from where I can get Physical Examination Record.
