hi im from philippines, i have a pregnant wife which is also overstayed here in china,.. we are already 8months overstayed here,, not because we want to, but because our agent before put some fake visa into our passport, then, all i know we have visa, then last month, he want me to meet him, then he told me to show our passports.. then after that, he ripped off our visa.. then that time i ask him why.. he said, its fake, but we can still stay here in china, even we are pverstayed, so that time, we knew we are already 7months expired, that we had thought that we still have visa, so my plan is, can i just go to xiamen airport and surrender there? or i must get ticket first from xiamen to manila, because my friend told me, i cannot surrender in chongqing, ( where i known some consulate) thats because, if i will surrender in chongqing, i must get ticket direct outsde the cpuntry, and it is HK, but it is too expensive.. so can anyone advice me what is the best thing to do.. can i just go to xiamen airport? or i will go first to xiamen publice securty bureu? please i need some answer.. thanks...

Mr.niko, you can go to Xiamen first, then surrender yourself to the Xiamen Public Security Bureau, however, you need to pay 5000 RMB for the overstay, then exit Xiamen to return to Manila within 10 days.

7 months is Ok. But if she has 32-36 weeks pregnancy, she needs a note from a doctor. Generally, if you pay your penalty, they will not detain you. But you are required to leave China within 10 days.
