About:Embassy & Consulates of Singapore in China

Hi
im a singapore citizen and my girlfriend is PRC China citizen currently living in china while im living in singapore. If i were to marry her in singapore, what are the steps i should take? Do i need to apply visa for her in order to come over and will she be able to stay here long term with me after our registration?

Yes, you may marry your chinese girlfriend in SG. You can apply a visa for her online, or send an invitation letter for her to apply a tourist visa in China. Register for marriage in SG is permitted b/w a foreigner and a Singaporean. Application for residency and permanent resident status are subjected to approval.
