About:Shanghai Weather

Hi would like to know what's the climate in Shanghai and Beijing in November 9-15. We are planning to go to Shanghai on Nov 9-10 and Beijing on Nov 11-14.What clothes do we need to bring? Any suggestions on the places that we need to see on both places? We're interested in historical sites and leisure and a little shopping. Is it okey to take the train from Shanghai to Beijing? How much will it cost? What about airfare cost? Thanks much.

It would be cold in Shanghai and Beijing, Shanghai would be cold and wet, Beijing would be pretty dry. Bring here your down coat, sweaters, muffle, etc.
For Beijing, the must-sees are Great Wall, Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Square,Summer Palace, etc. For Shanghai, Nanjing Lu Pedestrian Road, The Bund, Chenghuang Temple, Yuyuan Garden behind it is a good place for local snacks a featured stuffs. Yes, you can take train from Shanghai to Beijing, the "D" Trains takes around 11 hours to reach Beijing. The ticket is CNY450-543. If you take flight, if might cost around CNY800 but the flight ticket price changes a lot everyday, it might be higher or lower when you reserve tickets.
