How long can i stay in China if i have the Work Visa(Z-Visa)?

You can only stay in China for 30 days and you should apply for a residence permit from a local county level Public Security Bureau within 30 days after entering China.
If you have obtained the Work visa (Z visa), you will know that it is generally valid for 3 month and no duration of stay.0
