About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Going to China in Sept as tourist - NY Chinese cousulate website has what they describe as "new" visa application from 2007 to download. Other places on web have slightly different visa application form. Which one is the one to use?

The slight difference is that there is Q-2007 on Page 1 of the visa application form of the New York Consulate, it doesn't matter, you can download it from the NY consulate website or download it from the top of this web page.
