About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi. I just want to check what is the photo color of the background to make the Visa to go to China? Is Blue or White background?? Some say White but the tour agent says Blue. So who should i listen to?? Please let me know. I'm so confusing now.

The blue or white background is both accepted for the China Visa Application, in fact, the standard of the photo on the visa application form is "Please affix one recent passport style color photo with full face, front view, no hat and against a plain light background.

I have no time going to KL, can I apply in China Ambasy at Bangkok?

Mr.Wesley Ee, it is possible for you to apply for a China visa in Bangkok, Thailand, however, sometimes, the Chinese embassy in Bangkok ask applicants other than Thai to provide valid work permit or residence permit in Thailand.

I have applied using blue, but for safe, better you bring both backgrounds, and let them confirm you ots
