what is the cost for taxi from hongkong airport to royal plaza hotel ? and if travelling for 4 adults and 1 kids would it be cheaper travelling by taxi than public transport or airport express travel pass

It wouldn't be very expensive to take taxi to your hotel, you can take A21 bus to Metropark Hotel Mong Kok and then take taxi to your hotel. This seems the easiest way to travel from HKIA to Royal Plaza Hotel.
