With regards to the medical examination record, do you have a specific hospital for this examination in Ghana?

Thanks for the information. With regards to the medical examination record, do you have a specific hospital for this examination in Ghana. Also, do you have a medical form for this examinamtion? If yes how do I get it and if no what kind of medical examination do you require. Thanks

Ms.Rita, you'd better contact the China embassy in Ghana to get the list of accepted hospitals. As for the Medical Examination Form, you can get it for free from the embassy, or download it from the website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/physical.pdf
