Hello! I am planning to stay overnight at Panda Hotel. I would like to visit Landmark at Central, Avenue of the Stars, watch the light show, Granville Road and Nathan Road. What do you think is the suitable route for me? Do you think it is advisable for me to buy the tourist one-day mtr card? or should i buy an octopus card?

You can go to central first, after that, go to Star Ferry Terminal and take ferry to Avenue of Stars, there you can watch Symphony of Lights. After that, go to Nathan Road and Granville Road, at last, take subway and go back to your hotel. You can buy a one day pass, not Octopus Card, since HK$7 would be charged if you want to refund Octopus in 3 months.
