Day 1: Walk to China Ferry Terminal near Harbour City and take ferry to Macau
Day 2: Take Rail Line Tswen Wan to Admiralty and take Bus 629 to Ocean Park
Ocean Park to Victoria Peak: Take Bus 629 Back to Admiralty and change to Bus 15 to the Peak, after that, take the same bus down the hill and walk to the star ferry terminal, you can take star ferry to Avenue of Stars to watch the Symphony of Lights, after that, you can walk back to your hotel, it would cost you around 10 minutes to walk back.
Day 3: You can take Subway Line Tswen Wan to Lai King and change to Subway Line Tung Chung, after arriving at the terminal, you are close to the Ngong Ping 360 Cable car. Sience Museum is about 200 meters to your hotel, you can put it the last of the day and get back to your hotel after visiting. From Ngong Ping to Sham Shui Po, you can take Subway Line Tung Chung to Lai King and change to Subway Line Tswen Wan, alight at Sham Shui Po and you'll find the Sham Shui Po MTR Station is located on Cheung Sha Wan Road. From Cheung Sha Wan to Causeway Bay, you can take Subway Line Tswen Wan to Admiralty and change to Subway Island Line to Causeway Bay Station. When getting back, you can take bus 102 at Cannon Street and alight at Cross Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza, here you can either walk to Hong Kong Science Museum or your hotel.
Day 4-When going to Ngong Ping, you'll find the Citygate Outlets is not far from the MTR Tung Chung Station, when getting back to your hotel, you can take Subway Line Tung Chung and Tswen Wan and alight at Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
