Hi,I am planning to go to GZ in last week of October 2010. Will it be safe to go? I understand that there are recent strikes with regards to the controversy in using Mandarin or Cantonese for the TV broadcast. Any idea how mild/ serious is the situation now? Also, how safe is it to travel on train from GZ to HK? Will a plane be advised?Thank you.

Hi, it is safe to travel by train from hongkong to Guangzhou. here people take it the same chinese and cantonese.
