Dear,
I have work prompt for china I need to medical test,
but I did not know whom Hospital how attached with china Embassy In Islamabad
please detail address of that hospital.

You can go to the Poly Clinic In Islamabad to do the Medical Examination Record. Then go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islambad to apply for Notarization.
