About:Yangzhou

Hi, I'm from the philippines.I have overstayed my china visa for 2 years and 9 months.I have tried to extend my visa before through an agent but he just got my money and passport and gone.My passport is already expired for a year now. Because I don't have legal papers I could not find a job. I have tried to live and save for my penalty by cleaning some of my friends' houses. Now, I'm ready to go home.I have 6,000rmb for my penalty and plane ticket. Please tell me how and where I will surrender.I am here in Dongguan.Would I be detained for a long time? My consulate has issued a travel document since my passport has expired but it only has 30 days grace period.Would china immigration detain me for more than a month? Please help me...

You can do to the local police there in Dongguan, and you may be detained (not more than 10 days in general)or force to leave China.
