About:Taiwan Weather

We are going to Taipei on 2nd September and i search from internet found out there will be typhoon. is it very serious till cant walk out from hotel to look around? Besides the weather is it consider very cool whereby i need to bring more cloth to keep warm?

You should pay more attention to the weather broadcasting about Taipei during that time. It may be serious sometimes as you said, but it usuallt won't bring much damage.
The average low temperature is about 27℃ in September in Taipei, so you needn't take more clothes.
