1) I hope i dnt need certifate frm N.D.L.E.A and POLICE clearance to get a visa. (2) can i process  with hotel reservation in china cos i hv being there before.

Generally, the requirements for a business visa are as what you can see above. But you may need some additional documents the Chinese Embassy requires. Being in China before may helpful when you submit your visa application, but it doesn't mean the consulater will issue you a visa without asking for additional documents like police clearance.
