The Days Inn Hotel Shenzhen is near to Laojie Subway Station. Take subway to Lo Wu Station. Then change to MTR to Hung Hom. At Hung Hom Cross Harbour Tunnel Toll Plaza, there are many buses to Causeway Bay area. Another option is by MTR when you reach Lo Wu: East Rail to Kowllon Tung, then change to Mong kok, then to Admiralty and finnaly to Causeway Bay.0
