Hello,

I work with one of the MNCs and have a business visit planned in august in shanghai. This is one of the most imp trainings organized by the company and cannot be missed. I tried applying for the business visa which incidently got refused from the embassy.

The reason for refusal is that I am j&k born. Though I have completed my high school, senior secondary, graduation and post graduation all outside j&k. My father works in central govt and he was transfered in j&k when I was born. We are settled in Delhi as of now. My passport even is issued in Pune and the residential address is also of Pune.

Could any one plz help me understand if there is any possibility if I reapply the visa. Have tried faxing all the documents to the embassy without any response. Is there any chance in this case.
