I am planning to visit Taipei & Hualien from 13 Nov to 18 Nov (6 days) with my family and friends. May I know how is the weather in Taipei & Hualien? Is it colder in Taroko National Park, Yehliu Geopark and Jiufen? Any summer clothes and shoes I can still find in Wu Fen Pu and Shilin night market? Is it worth shopping at Hands Tailung?

It is humid and cool in Nov. The average high temperature is about 22℃ and the average low temperature is about 18℃.
It may be a little colder in Taroko National Park and Yehliu Geopark and Jiyfen, but not too cold. Autumn clothes are OK.
Usually, it is difficult to find summer clothes and shoes in Wu Fen Pu and Shilin night market. I think it is worth shopping at Hands Tailung.
