I will be traveling to Ghana from Changsha through Beijing and transit in Dubai. My international flight(emirates) allows 30kg of free checked luggage. Will I be allowed to carry 30kg as my free checked luggage on the china southern air that will fly me from Changsha to Beijing since my final destination is Accra,Ghana and emirates is allowing me 30 kg of free checked luggage?
