hi,this is rizzu,i gotta problem.when i was about to fly india from chengdu,the customs of china found that picture in passport does not match my current appearance.i want to change my passport picture in shanghai/beijing.can u please tell me the info of how to do that and how much it costs.should i apply for a new passport? or just can change pic?how long it takes?
