It says for double occupancy high season $679 is that price per person?
Is there any 8 person groups that need 2 more people to lock into the 10 people travlers price?

You're right, double occupancy high season $679 is that price per person. If you'd like to keep the cost down to get the $379 per person, you need organize 10 guests travel togater.
