hi, i am malaysian, singapore pr and currently staying in singapore. i am bringing my mother on d china tour depart from penang in sep, but i intent to apply for china visa on my own in singapore coz i cant let the travel agency in penang hold my passport for a week for visa application. but i read online to apply for L visa which is for travelling purpose we need to summit the air ticket and my problem is i wont be able to get the airticket in time for visa appliction coz i am staying in singapore, so what should i do? thanks
