The schedule is efficient enough. For the first day, you can take city bus. Hkg Space museum, Avenue of Stars, Symphony Of lights are walkable among each other. Take a map with you.
You should take MTR to Tung Chung. To save money, you can take bus to Nging Ping in stead of Nging Ping 360 cable car which costs 170HKD for round trip. Get back to Tung Chung again and then take mtr to Disneyland via Sunny Bay. The firework starts at 9:00pm. If you leave after you see the firworks, it will be later when you back to the city center. I mean, you may not have time to Possesion St and look around by tram. There are many buses to Stanley market and Repulsebay at Central Exchange Square. Then back to Central by the same buses and walk to Peak Tram.
